Refund policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.

Once dispatched, orders cannot normally be cancelled.

TinyBricks products are generally non-returnable for change of mind or personal preference.

If you receive:

· A damaged product

· A wrong product

· Missing pieces

· An incomplete product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video and clear photos of the issue may be required for verification.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

After processing, refunds generally take around 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.
